CARDIFF GREEN OFFICE

The main goal of the design was a sustainable office building. This sustainability was to be shown in all aspects- layout, services, rent, net/gross area and passive design strategies. The proposal includes layout that allows for creating two lettable spaces- with services located accordingly. The proposal was part of Cardiff City competition for a green office.
